Main Menu
Sunday
Dinner: Ratatouille served with puy lentil salad and garlic toast.
Dessert: Lemon cheesecake with raspberry coulis.
Monday
Lunch: Choice of red pepper & courgette quiche or leek & spinach mini-quiche. Served with Mexican potato salad, green herb salad and red cabbage apple & almond salad.
Dinner: Creamy vegetable and chick pea korma with brown basmati rice, salad, mango chutney and lime pickle.
Dessert: Choice of chocolate fudge cake, lemony vanilla cake, victoria sponge, fruit cake and raw carrot cake. Served with dairy-free cream.
Tuesday
Lunch: Potato and mushroom provencale in tomato, red wine and olive sauce. Served with rye or spelt bread, green herb salad and waldorf salad.

Dinner: Spicy bean wrap served with green salad.
Dessert: Fruit salad.
Wednesday
Lunch: Burger in wholemeal bun. Served with green herb salad and grated carrot, beansprouts, red pepper and celery salad with spicy peanut sauce.
Dinner: Sweet and sour with tofu and cashews. Served with sweetcorn cous cous.
Dessert: Raisin scones, cream and jam.
Thursday
Lunch: Falafel wrap. Served with hummus, green herb salad, cous cous salad and roasted red and green pepper salad.
Dinner: Irish stew served with warm crushed potatoes.
Dessert: Creamy rice pudding with cinnamon and sultanas.

Friday
Lunch: Red lentil hot pot with red pepper, courgette and fresh herbs. Served with green herb salad and crusty bread.
Dinner: Spinach and potato curry. Served with brown basmati rice, spiced carrot salad, cucumber raita, lime pickle and mango chutney.
Dessert: Mango lassi and cookie.
Saturday
Lunch: Buffet with sausage rolls, green herb salad, coleslaw, avocado salad, cucumber raita, hummus, sunflower dip, pitta bread, wraps and marinated herb & garlic olives.
