Peppers and avocado in a chilli sauce made with fresh tomatoes. - Broccoli and mushrooms in hoisin sauce with parsnip rice
Broccoli and mushrooms are massaged in marinade and then covered in hoisin sauce and served with a nutty parsnip rice. - Vegetables with almond chilli sauce and beansprouts

Raw Christmas Pudding
Our raw menu contains high proportions of raw food. There are some items used which are not raw, however... cashews are usually heated to release them from their shells; our sushi nori is lightly toasted; the tahini used is not raw, nor is the cocoa powder, almond butter or Engevita yeast flakes.
